Hi, I'm Ashley Frye, a dynamic professional specializing in instructional design and social media strategy with a passion for building brands and fostering inclusive communities.
From developing innovative eLearning content to creating engaging campaigns on social media, I thrive on crafting meaningful experiences that inspire connection, growth, and impact.
As a Master's student in Instructional Design and an Instructional Design Intern at EduThemes, I am dedicated to creating innovative, learner-centered solutions that inspire engagement and knowledge retention.
My academic and professional experiences have cultivated a strong ability to design innovative, learner-focused instructional solutions that enhance engagement and drive meaningful learning outcomes. I bring a collaborative, results-oriented approach to creating effective learning experiences tailored to diverse needs.
I am also the creator and founder of 4theGirls Run Club, the largest women’s running club in Colorado.
Through strategic partnerships with brands such as ASICS, Strava, Lululemon, and Skratch, I have successfully built a thriving community that fosters connection and empowerment.
This endeavor has sharpened my skills in brand creation, leadership, community building, and managing logistics for events and campaigns.
Additionally, as a social media manager and strategist for Cynisca Cycling, I craft compelling campaigns that amplify brand visibility and foster audience engagement.
My background as an international professional cyclist and former NCAA athlete has equipped me with resilience, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset—qualities that drive my success in managing complex projects, building communities, and delivering creative, high-quality results on tight deadlines.
